Elle was born with a fierce passion for animals and especially for dogs. She takes pride in what she feeds her pets, whether it is dinner or treats. This, along with her incredible baking ability and simple yet artistic food design, is how Gizmo's Pet Pastries was born.

Gizmo is a six year old Pembroke Welsh Corgi who has a taste for the finer things in life. As CEK and QA - M, he makes sure that all his pastries are 100% canine approved.

Nick has a passion for delicious comfort food and freshly baked goods. With a soft spot for animals and any eye for design, he makes the incredibly difficult job of operating the business look easy.
